My parent’s have resolved to lose weight this year with this P90x exercise program. I offered to join in until I went back to school. The first day of exercise called for pull-ups. No, thankyou. This was my one and only attempt. I halfheartedly followed along the rest of the program, but mostly ended up playing with my camera and exploring our basement full of junk.
